I have been looking for a rental property for a few months, very actively so in the last few weeks. During that time I can't tell you the number of emails, texts and calls I made - 90% of which were never responded to in spite of multiple requests from me. Last week I requested information about a property listed by Salt and Cedar and Alice Hayes-Keefe. Within 15 minutes of emailing a request for contact, she texted me and asked if I had a few minutes to speak or to let her know when It would be convenient for me to do so. From that moment on I was attended to with a level of professionalism, genuine interest and friendliness that I sadly, do not experience much these days. Alice at all times was attentive, efficient, and quick to respond. I never felt pressured and yet I felt as though the transaction was always moving forward - not "stuck." It was clear she was interested in meeting my needs as well as the landlord's…Working with her made it easy for me to say yes to the property. Any future needs I may have, or friends may have, Alice is the person I will contact and recommend…Salt and Cedar has a gem on board in her, and I thought you should know. Again, it was a wonderfully easy experience - all made possible by Alice.
